NJ Realtors® Chief Counsel Barry Goodman will kick off the morning sessions with The 10 Hottest Legal Issues You Have to Understand to Avoid Lawsuits, which will cover evolving laws governing the real estate industry and provide examples to show you how to apply the knowledge in your day-to-day real estate business. Following Barry's session, NJ Realtors® 2024 Leadership Team will cover trending industry topics such as the Real Estate Consumer Protection Enhancement Act, FAQs from the new law, and upcoming dates and deadlines you need to know in their session, Current Issues in NJ Real Estate.
Arrive early before this year's sessions—doors open at 8:30 a.m.—for specialty coffee beverages from 2nd Rule Coffee Co. and donuts from Mercer County's own Eet Gud Bakery. Our headshot photographer is back this year starting as soon as the doors open so dress to impress if you plan on partaking.
Once the sessions end, the food trucks roll in for the afternoon happy hour and cornhole tournament. But wait there more, try a new brew from Triumph Brewery, play bingo and trivia, and sit for a custom caricature portrait.
