New Forms Now Available to Comply with Flood Disclosure Law

 

Starting next Wednesday all sellers and certain landlords must use the new flood history disclosure forms, which includes new questions on the seller's property condition disclosure statement and a new rental flood risk notice.

 

New Jersey Realtors® contract of sale, lease, and seller's property condition disclosure statement are now updated on zipForm, New Jersey Realtors® forms provider included with your membership. All other New Jersey Realtors® licensed forms vendors were notified and are working to make necessary changes. Learn more here.

New Jersey Realtors® Heads to Capitol Hill

Representing more than 57,000 Realtors® in New Jersey and more than 9 million New Jersey residents, New Jersey Realtors® Leadership Team traveled to Washington, D.C. to advocate for top industry issues. They met with every New Jersey elected official's office and discussed the National Flood Insurance Program, affordable housing, state and local tax deductions, and independent contractor status.
