What You Should Know if There's a Federal Government Shutdown

 

If action isn’t taken by Friday, we face a partial federal government shutdown. The House, Senate, and President Biden passed a stopgap spending bill to extend funding for veterans affairs, housing, transportation, military construction, and the Energy Department.

The National Flood Insurance Program's insurance writing authority is also set to expire on March 22. The National Association of Realtors® will continue to evaluate ongoing impacts and work with federal agencies and Congress.
