Class Action Lawsuit Update
The class action lawsuit against the National Association of Realtors®, Sitzer/Burnett v. NAR, is expected to gain press attention in the coming months. NAR supports a pro-competitive, pro-consumer local broker marketplace to serve the best interest of buyers and sellers.
To combat misinformation about brokerage services and commissions, NAR created realestatecommissionfacts.com. If your clients reach out with questions regarding the lawsuit, please direct them to the above link.
