The course, Agency & Real Estate Consumer Protection Enhancement Act, is worth 1 Agency Credit and provides an in-depth look at the new law, agency relationships, brokerage duties, and more. The course is free for members.
Reminder: RECPEA mandates a new agency continuing education requirement in the Agency Topic Area for license renewal starting with the current term, due on April 30.
