Acting Governor Signs Appraisal Anti-Bias Legislation

  2. Requires appraisers to complete a fair housing and appraisal bias course offered by the Appraisal Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
  3. Creates another way for property owners to seek remedies for home appraisal discrimination.
