I'm Listening: The New Jersey Real Estate Commission formally adopted a rule allowing commission payments to be made to Limited Liability Companies, as initiated by New Jersey Realtors® and signed by the governor. What Else Should I Know? While the REC adopted the LLC rule, it will not go into effect until six months after it is published in the New Jersey Register. New Jersey Realtors® will notify members when this rule takes effect, which will be in 2025. |
