Being a Member Has its Perks

Applications Now Open for a Brand-New Leadership Academy

New Jersey Realtors® is excited to announce its first-ever Leadership Academy commencing with the inaugural class of 2024. The academy will identify emerging Realtor® leaders in the state, encourage them to grow as leaders, and help them sharpen their leadership skills.

The Leadership Academy consists of five sessions over the course of eight months, and only 12 applicants will be accepted. A $250 deposit is required to apply, and non-accepted will be reimbursed. The 2024 tuition is $1,000, and all sessions are mandatory to attend. Click here to apply.

First-Time Buyer Webinar Recap

Today on a webinar, State Sen. Troy Singleton, the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, and New Jersey Realtors® unveiled brand-new first-time and first-generational homebuyer programs. As of Oct. 20, your clients can find a lender in their desired county and apply. Click here to watch the recording.
