2023 International Transaction Report Out Now
The National Association of Realtors® released its annual survey highlighting residential real estate transactions with international clients.
The survey found:
- China, Mexico, Canada, India, and Colombia were the top five countries of origin by number of U.S. existing homes purchased.
- Half of foreign buyers purchased their property for use as a vacation home, rental property, or both—up from last year's 44%.
- The top U.S. destinations for foreign buyers were Florida, California, Texas, North Carolina, Arizona, and Illinois.
