LLPA Fee Increases Cancelled
Last week, the National Association of Realtors® announced the Federal Housing Finance Agency canceled its proposed loan level pricing adjustment upfront fee. The adjustment was anticipated to go into effect this August and impact borrowers with debt-to-income ratios of more than 40%. Read NAR's statement.
