July Data Is Out Now
Homes were on the market for just 27 days in July, a 10% decline since July 2021. The median sales price is up 9.5% over last July reaching $460,000 and homes received 103.4% of the list price. New listings, pending sales, and closed sales were all down more than 17% in July which brings the year-to-date closed sales to 63,302 units sold. Read the state report here.
