This committee is responsible for developing marketing strategies to increase affiliate membership and obtaining sponsors for all major events. |

Circle of Excellence Review Committee

This committee reviews and verifies applications for the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Club. |

Communications Task Force
|
Implement an office liaison program to foster improved communication between the Board and the Members. |

Community Service Committee
|
This committee develops and promotes programs to aid our communities. For example: Shelter our Sisters, Blood Drives, and Families in Need. |

Continuing Professional Education Committee
|
This committee is resposible for presenting educational opportunities of critical interest to RealSource members. |

Fair Housing Committee
|
The Fair Housing Committee is responsible for keeping RealSource's membership apprised of Fair Housing issues as well as updating the Fair Housing Advertising pamplet. |

Green Committee
|
Educate members on greening residential and commercial properties including local offices and RealSource. |
|
Grievance Committee
|
Review Arbitration and Ethics complaints to determine whether the validity and substance of the complaint warrants further consideration by a Hearing Panel of the Professional Standards Committee. 3 year REALTOR® membership is required to hold a position on this committee. |

International Task Force
|
The goal of this committee is to increase RealSource's members understanding of the global market and their place in it and promote the CIPS designation. |

Library Committee
|
The Library Task Force recommends additions, reviews, and purges existing books, tapes, DVD's on a periodic basis. |

Membership Benefits Committee
|
Develop and implement a rewards program of products and services for Members. |

MLS Users Committee
|
The MLS Users Task Force reviews questions and comments from membership regarding MLS issues to be forwarded to the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service. |

New Comers Task Force
|
Plan social events for new Association Members. |
|
Orientation Committee
|
This committee conducts orientation classes for new REALTOR® applicants. 3 year REALTOR® membership is required to hold a position. |

Professional Standards Committee
|
The Professional Standards Committee is responsible for conducting hearings in matters involving alleged ethical misconduct by Association Members or to provide Arbitration facilities as requested. Three year prior service on Grievance Committee is required to hold a position on this committee. |

Task Force

This Task Force conducts a search and chooses the winner for REALTOR® of the Year from applications received for the award. |

RPAC/Legislative Committee
|
This committee conducts various RPAC fundraisers throughout the year, monitors local town issues, interviews candidates for local positions, and makes recommendations for RPAC contributions support. |

Website Committee
|
Reviews RealSource and other Association websites and makes recommendations for enhancements. |
